Buyers buy in mysterious ways, for mysterious reasons. And our current marketing efforts merely address the solution-placement end of their buying decision.
We are missing the capability of not only tracking buyers along their complete behind-the-scenes buy-in, change management path, but getting them the exact data they need at the right time in their buy cycle since most of it is down outside of our purview.
I have coded the 13 steps buyers take as they travel from idea to purchase, along the route of enlisting internal support for change, and ensuring a solution will sit comfortably within the environment. Three of these steps include getting online; each of these 3 steps require different content to move them forward to the next step – and then on to a purchase.
I have developed a new form of contact sheet that will simply manage the buyer’s decision path at each step that buyers get online and helps them move toward your solution.

- show you who/what else they are considering as a solution;
