This book is a very right-brained approach to Buying Facilitation®. While based on telephone sales, it employs the same models of Buying Facilitation® as Selling With Integrity, but in a very different way. Here I teach through many stories, and while the content is similar, the feel of the book is much softer -- not like a sales book at all, although the material is certainly dynamic.
